• Paint Enhancement: 4-6 hours

Yes, for mobile detailing we require:

• Water: Access to a standard garden hose connection
• Electricity: 220V power outlet (for polishers, extractors, etc.)
• Space: Covered area preferred for paint correction/coating (garage, carport)

If you don't have these available, contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee or reschedule with R200 fee
• Less than 24 hours: 100% of quoted service fee charged
• No-show: Full amount charged, future bookings may require deposit

Our listed prices are for vehicles in average condition. Additional charges may apply for:

• Excessively dirty or neglected vehicles
• Heavy pet hair removal
• Biohazard cleaning (bodily fluids, mold, etc.)
• Heavily oxidized or damaged paint

We'll always provide an honest assessment and final quote before starting work—no surprises.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Paint Enhancement (1-step): A single-stage machine polish that removes 50-70% of light swirls, holograms, and minor imperfections. Perfect for newer vehicles or light defect removal.

Paint Correction (Multi-step): A multi-stage process with heavy cutting followed by refining. Removes 80-95% of defects including deeper scratches, swirls, and oxidation. Delivers a mirror-like, show-quality finish.

Both include our NuClear Clean exterior package as preparation.

Paint correction can dramatically improve most defects, but 100% removal is not always possible or safe. Results depend on:

• Remaining clear coat thickness
• Depth of scratches/defects
• Paint condition and hardness
• Previous damage or poor repair work

We measure paint thickness and provide an honest assessment before starting. Deep scratches through the clear coat cannot be polished out safely.

Yes! For our 5-Year Graphene Ceramic Coating, proper paint preparation is mandatory:

• Paint Enhancement OR Paint Correction required beforehand
• Ensures a clean, defect-free surface for optimal bonding
• Prevents "locking in" swirls and scratches under the coating

Our shorter-duration coatings (3-month, 12-month) can be applied to clean paint without correction, though results are always better on corrected paint.

Proper maintenance is key to coating longevity:

• First 24-48 hours: Keep vehicle dry (no water contact)
• Washing: Use pH-neutral shampoo, soft wash mitts, two-bucket method
• Drying: Use microfiber drying towels, avoid air-drying
• Avoid: Automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, abrasive tools
• Maintenance: Wash every 1-2 weeks, use ceramic booster sprays quarterly

We'll provide detailed aftercare instructions after coating application.

Yes! We use specialized tools and techniques for stubborn pet hair removal, including:

• Rubber pet hair removal brushes
• Static-charged tools
• Compressed air for embedded hair
• Fabric shampooing for deep-set hair
